Description of issue
n the game the US Open Cup has a roster restriction or limit for foreign players. In real life there is no such restriction. the Foreign player rule was eliminated on December 15, 2020 when Open Cup Section 203a was removed.
This rule change is viewable at the US open Cup website in an article entitled 'US Open Cup committee minutes: Foreign player limit gone;'
