Thanks for coming back on this one. I think it would be best to create a support ticket: https://fmofficial.support/Ticket so that we can try and troubleshoot this on a one-to-one basis. 

I did, I thought maybe someone here also had the problem and found a solution for them.

Ah - fair enough you're ahead of me on that front then. Hopefully its something we can help get sorted and it would be great if someone does find a solution.
