    Description of issue

    I cannot select any area, it seems like it greyed. I'm in August of 2024 now but I think the bug is already there from the start. Cheers

    Hello, looking at your save, this isn't a bug because your scouting package has run out of money, which means you are unable to scout further than your own country.
