Description of issue
Playing as Aberdeen with a 'Europe' scouting package. When I try to scout players from England, NI or Wales it is coming up saying there is a cost (anywhere from 2k to 4k) to scout them despite the fact they are technically within a Europe scouting package. I only noticed this when bulk selecting and trying to scout. It was prompting me that players in those countries will be at a cost. I would argue that the UK as a whole should be included in that Europe package as its ridiculous that it cost me nothing to scout Greece but a player in Preston costs me 3.5k.
