Description of issue
Playing as eintracht frankfurt noticed some of my ongoing assignments arent giving me results or started scouting.
i am making a recruitment focus for 5 nations. argentina, brazil, france, portugal and colombia.
One of my scouts Joao Costa has atleast some knowledge in everyone of these nations.
i dont assign any scout to this ongoing focuses. and every time it choses Joao Costa as a scout for these nations even if other scouts are available to scout.
while testing this i also noticed that one analyst gets assigned to every recruitment focus. doesnt matter what focus or settings selected.
