Description of issue

Hi team,

When your team has a B team that operates as an U21/U23 team in a league eg. German II clubs, Belgian U21 teams, Spanish B teams etc, it appears as an affiliated club. This means the scouting team scouts the own team and provides a report, even though they're essentially an U21/U23 team. See screenshot:
