    Description of issue

    I can't lower the minimum grade.

    Playing as Real Madrd, I have several assignments in different regions, different age and ca/pa requirements set up with top tier scouts who all have knowledge of the areas they are scouting in. 

    My scouting scentre is empty as the players won't get recommended, even though they fit the assignments. The player has a recommendation rating of C and scouting is "in progress". He fits all of the requirements, but won't get recommended as he is somehow "C"-rated.

    Hi, this by design, players will come through from the focus itself and only high recommended players progress to scouting centre. Thank You.
