Told a player in scouting range is out of scouting range

This is happening for multiple players in surrounding leagues covered by my scouting package... is there anyway I can fix this?

Don't believe the player is part of the scouting range - the package only covers surrounding divisions, so one from the third division isn't in that range.

I am in the 2nd division, so the 3rd division is a surrounding division.

Looks like it's caused by the players being at an affiliate team (/b team) outside the playable leagues available. It's one we'll get under investigation, thank you.

Besides the bug, in general it's very confusing how a B team is or is not part of the actual team, especially when players move freely between them. Even if they were two divisions away they're still part of the club that is one division away.

(Not to mention how the entire concept of scouting costs being associated by division and not geography is a bit odd - I don't know why a team two divisions away in the same town would be more expensive to scout than a team one division away that is on the other side of the country.)
