I am capped at £550/week for a star player, but I have £3420 spare wage budget. Why is the offering cap so low compared to the total wage cap? I can just about fit eleven max-wage star players under my total cap of £6k. This is kind of a problem, because the average wage for a first-team+ player in my league is pretty close to the max wage I can offer for a star player, meaning actual stars are priced way out of my means, even though I've got the money to meet their demands.
