Description of issue

I look for young and bargain transfers from time to time and get them to my team. If i won't use it in the current season i loan them out. This is most other players do i guess.

In FM 2023 i see that if i sign with a new player for let's say 2 Million Euros and loan him out, the upcoming offers are like :

"Loan him to us with no wage contrubition and we but him for 500K €at the end of the season."

does AI think i am a sucker or is it just cheapskate ?
