"Ask agent" button missing

Hello, in the attached save it says that you spoke to that player the day before.

Loading up an earlier save and the option is there to talk to the agent.

Oh, then why is the conversation not visible in the Contract page? I guess that's the bug then - the demands are missing post-conversation, and so I was confused and thought I hadn't had the conversation.

When I have a lot of players on trial or being scouted I'll go to click the "talk to agent" button, and if it's not there then I assume I've already had the conversation and go to the contract tab to see what was said. In this case neither were visible for some reason.

In fact, despite having him fully scouted (all attributes visible), the contract page is entirely blank:

Oh interesting - so it's in the contract tab for free agents and in the transfer tab for players who are at a club? To be honest I've only played as very small clubs in FM23 so I'm mostly signing free agents, guess I got used to them being there.

Yes that's correct, it's under 'contract' for free agents and unavailable for players without an agent for obvious reasons.
