Description of issue

Currently running a game playing as Wrexham, and this new feature, where the board blocks sales is an utter joke!

My chairman (Ryan Reynolds) 😂 just let me release a player for £160k - the fee of which was removed from my transfer budget. Before this, he blocked my sale of the player for £0 - because the club wanted to receive at least £27k for him.

So... instead of selling for nothing and not being out of pocket (minus potential earnings), the club is now £160k in the red. What chairman in the world would rather lose £27k in potential profits, to then dip into his own pocket to cover the loss of £160k? It's financial suicide. No one would do that!

SI, please fix this and make an allowance to remove the lost earnings from the transfer revenue instead! This is totally unrealistic and simply adds to the difficulty.
