Hello everyone. I'm playing with Foggia in my second year in the Italian Serie B after being promoted from Serie C. I can't shift my budget from wages to transfers. The scouting budget is also blocked and I can't reduce it. I have tried to cancel all ongoing negotiations. I also deleted all the scout searches but nothing. I went forward even a month but nothing changed. I tried to make requests to the club but nothing. Thank you.
