Had an accepted bid for Cuadrado, while playing Man City. He insists on "Star player" as he's unsure about the transfer, but I can only offer him "Important player" or lower. I can't suggest that promise as long as it's "Star player", the "suggest" button is not clickable. I had no issues getting him on "Star player" before the latest update, at the same club, under the same conditions.
I did some testing and offered a 34 yo free agent the "Star player" and I was able to submit that promise. Reloaded the save and had the same issue with Cuadrado.
