Description of issue

I signed Julian Alvarez on Loan for AS Roma, and I am not able to register him despite selling the other non-Eu members of the squad (Except for Yaser Asprilla, with whom I had the same issue last year although I could loan him out since it was a permanent signing).

The rules can be quite complex on the EU front, - do you happen to have a save game which shows this so we can take a look? If so, please upload and let us know the file name.
