I'm having a lot of issues trying to sign players on loan.
- The clubs never negotiate (this was also an issue on previous FMs) with stuff like monthly fees, wage contributions, and so on. It's whatever they say, or bust. Reproduce: go try make a loan offer on literally any player and don't give the club their initial demands. You won't get the player.
- An inordinate amount of clubs are insisting on a mandatory future fees for players I enquired about. Some of the fees seem reasonable, some are outrageous. None can be negotiated (and I don't want permanent signings anyway!). Mostly seems to apply to anyone who is transfer listed, or anyone with a squad status above youngster. Reproduce: go make a loan offer for Pedro Marques, Jon Dadi Bodvarsson, or Cedric (Racing).
- Clubs basing their willingness to let players out on loan using their contract status and not actual playing time. Reproduce: go make a loan offer for Cedric (Racing) and you'll find Racing unwilling to negotiate a loan deal because of 'first team commitments'. Cedric is a 'Regular Stater' on the books but has started only once and came off the bench twice this season.
