Maximum loan players rules issue in France

Could we have a save file that we could reproduce this from, please?

 

I am also replicating this issue.. on my phone so can’t immediately load up a save.  Once you get to 3 incoming loans by the winter transfer window it says you have fulfilled 5 loan spots.  Should be easy enough to replicate by loaning in 3 players and checking from there.

I have this problem as well in Ligue 2 with Bordeaux. They start with three loans and I can't loan in anybody else.

Also happening in Scotland. Have 2 loans, telling me I've reached my 4 limit.
