- Playing as PSV and Hoffenheim have made a loan offer with mandatury fee for Mauro Junior

- The bid is made on the 3rd of January 2023 08:56

- Save game attached on the 3nd of January 2023 00:00

Steps to Reproduce

- I have uploaded a save game called "Sloots_Bid_Hoffenheim.fm"

- Save game will load on the 3nd of August 2023 00:00

- Continue the game one day

- A 'Hoffenheim loan offer for Mauro Junior’ news item will be generated

- Increase the mandatory future fee to 5M and suggest offer.

- Hoffenheim provides new offer lower then original one

- suggest same offer as original from Hoffenheim, receive an even lower offer.
