  • Newly Created Club can't sign players over 21

    Hi,

    I've created a club using FM23 Data Editor.

    I've started Turkish 2nd League Red Group and climbed all the way up to Super League (Top Division).

    But still I can't sign players over 21 as if my club is amateur but it's professional. I've even tried FM23 In-game editor to find a solution but noting helps.

    I can't even offer new contract to players that I've previously signed and now over 21. Please help.
