    I have two conflicting messages:
in one photo you can see that the footballer has not his work permit,
the second one shows that i can contract him.

Does that mean he won't be able to play in the league? Or will he be able to?

I made progress by a month in 5 hours and it turned out that a player who does not have a work permit and whom I contracted ... has settled status and can play normally.. is this ok?

Could you provide your save file? We can confirm whether the settled status is valid - but if he has the status correctly then it wouldn't be a bug. :)

    Hi!
I just don't know why there is a work permit and a red warning that he will not be contracted, and then another message at the same minute published gives information that the contract can be confirmed.

So what is the difference between a work permit and being a resident? Why ask for a work permit if the player is a resident?

Ahh I've misunderstood, yeah, those two conflicting messages shouldn't both generate around the same time - it's one I'll pass along to the team to investigate.
