Description of issue
If the agent is telling me that the player isn't interested because we don't have the financial muscle, my possible answers shouldn't be that the demands are feasible or that we need to consider the demands, as there are no demands! We should either have a chance to convince the agent to at least hear us out, or a "thanks then I'm out" option.
