Description of issue

There appears to be a bug with negotiating outgoing loan deals.

I've negotiated two loans deals with Wolves & Tottenham for Wilfried Ndidi. When I have responded to them asking for a more reasonable wage % or better future fee, the offers they send back are below the initial loan offer submitted?
