Player on 41k wants a pay rise and then asked for 41k?
It seems implied that it's meant to be an offer higher than average, but that's not a pay rise, that's just a higher-than-average contract, and I don't understand why that's a pre-negotiation promise, when it's literally just the negotiation itself (which is the exact same wage anyway).
