Description of issue
I have a player on my team (Luca Stellwagen) who has the (exploring options) tag preventing him from wanting to renew his contract. He wanted to leave to join another team, but when they did not make an offer I got an email saying 'Stellwagen happy to stay at SC verl'. I am, however, still unable to renew his contract due to the exploring options tag. I don't know if this is a bug, or if the email is just poorly worded. It probably should not send an email saying a player is happy to stay at the club if there is another issue preventing them from resigning. Perhaps 'no longer concerned about...' would be more appropriate.
