Player incorrectly marked as ineligble

In the meantime, how can I workaround this with the editor so that I can play him or loan him to another club?

This also doesn't seem to be correct because we play in overlapping seasons, so it should be 3 teams:

Now the above player is getting a loan offer from another club, but I still can't offer a loan. Correct me if I'm confused, but as far as I can tell, he should be ineligible for them and not for me, but the game seems to think the opposite is true for some reason...

Believe this has now been resolved in a previous update, thank you for your patience. Do let us know if you spot anything similar.
