    I realize trying to sign this kid was a longshot regardless, but it seems he's rejecting me for the wrong reason - I can't "improve my standing" when I'm already +7 top of the standings.

    Oh sorry thought I cited one - I've since had to delete some saves from my computer to save space but I've uploaded many "vps" saves already that will show this. See what I uploaded already around Feb 21 that has "vps" in the title.
