  • The staff accepts offers they shouldn't, development list.

    Description of issue

    I've gone into the staff responsibilities -> Transfer and Contracts -> Offer to Clubs and altered the outgoing development loans.

    I've set it so that they require squad player and facilities that are at least below average. I've also set it so that it applies to my youth teams.

    And yet, when I place players on the development list..they keep accepting offers which only give Fringe player as playing time.

    I found the issue. It was on my end. I had apparently added them to the development list BEFORE I changed the settings for offering out players. Any players I add now works just fine.
