Description of issue

Hello, I wanted to sell a player on the Vanarama National League South, as you can see on the screenshot it states that the transfer will be effective at the start of the next transfer window on the 1st of January. The thing is that this league transfer window is from the 16th of May until the 30th of March, so there is a bug here.

The club the player is moving to is Oxford, who are in League 1 with a different window. It uses the transfer window of the buying club, not the selling.
