Hello - As Porto in 2025, I've offered Gabriel Veron to clubs for 40 million. I received two offers, negotiated one from Gladbach to 37.5m and chose the "accept all offers of a higher or equivalent value but negotiate lower offers with these terms" option. All fine, and Flamengo (Brazil) accept the negotiated terms and make a 37.5m offer a day or two later. However, the offer has been rejected on my behalf for reasons that are not clear. I tried offering Veron directly to Flamengo with the same terms. They made the same offer, which was again rejected before I could take any action.

Steps taken from the "before" save point:
- Negotiate the Gladbach offer to 37.5m (30m fee plus 7.5m in installments, 3x12months). They accept
- Accept equivalent and negotiate lower w/ these terms
- Advance until Flamengo make the matching offer, 1-2 days
