Unrealistically low contract demands.

Offer Kohler a contract, initially he will want an Amateur contract, but if you switch to semi-pro and a 3yr deal of 6$ p/w, he will still happily agree.

This bug can be handled in two ways ig, either  they should be hard set to a amateur contract only and they should only accept a semi-pro commitment if the offer is too good to deny...

OR

Reduce the number of young free agent wanting amatuer contract only in the first place, I would suggest the latter for the sake of realism because the transfer world is not very active at these lower league so there is no risk keeping non-contract players whatsoever. Also It never happens that a non-contract players stop playing football due to some personal reasons.
