I've been playing the game in German for a long time, and not just since FM 2023, I've heard this sentence, which is neither German nor English.

... has to admit defeat ... it's clear but blood young ... xxx has to admit defeat ... has nothing to do with a German sentence.
The following translation would be clearer and better
Young boys from XX have to admit defeat
Junge Burschen von XX müssen sich geschlagen geben
