Description of issue

It says mevcut yetenek (current ability) instead of potansiyel yetenek (potential ability) which is a pretty important mistake.

I think it should be translated as potansiyel yetenek taban değeri (minimum pa) instead of mevcut yetenek tavan değeri (maximum ca)
