    Description of issue

    Hey,

    My and my two friends have got all the way in to the 3rd season together and now we are unable to join as a 3. It lets two people in no problem but that third gets stuck on joining game which eventually just goes away having done nothing.

    We have had this happen a few times but a hard reset usually fixed it but two nights in a row now we have been unable to play regardless of what we do. (We were able to joing the game in the afternoon no issue but both nights have now had this issue)

    Which online game mode are they trying to play? (online career, draft or versus)

    online career

    How many users are trying to connect to the online game?

    3


    How many users connect before it stops letting people join?

    2


    What console is the host using, and what console is the person using who can’t connect?

    Host is series x, another is on series x and I'm using PC but it really doesn't matter what console is being used as its just the person who is joining third, its happened to both me and the players on series X

    Can you all connect to an Xbox Live Party together?

    Yes

    Can you confirm the NAT type of the host?

    Open


    What NAT type do the clients have?

    Open


    Is the host using an extended router for the internet ie main router>extended router>xbox or if they are connected directly to the main router?

    Directly to main router


    Have each of you tried to be the host?

    Yes same issue third person is not able to join


    What console each person is on, what order they connect to the lobby?

    2 on xbox series X and me on PC. We have tried every combination to join but the third person will always time out on joining game.


    What connection type they are using (wired, wireless, etc)?

    2 Wired, 1 wireless


    What cross play permissions they have given?

    Cross play is enabled for everyone and we have played this save to the third season so its defintely not on our side as we haven't changed any settings.


    What is the lobby type, anyone or friends only?

    We have tried both settings neither rectify the issue


    Are the users trying to connect via an invite or through join online game?

    We have tried both via invites and through join online game and the issue perssist for the third person.


    What region each player is in?

    England

    I'm afraid we don't have a solution quite yet, it's been extremely tricky to try and resolve but it's still very much on our radar.

    Hi Kyle, this is still an Issue on the new FM24 Console Edition. Any updates? This has ruined the last few iterations of the console edition
