For the first bug, Harry Kane disappeared from the game one day. I was managing Arsenal and England simultaneously, whereas Arsenal did not own Harry Kane and England national team did. However, when Harry Kane disappeared, it promted that harry kane as Arsenal's vice captain has left the team, which the correct version should be leaving England.
P.S. Arsenal will never own Harry Kane, and I don't know where is Harry Kane for my game save too.
For the second bug, when there is a national team match, and if I choose to skip it by going on holiday, sometimes it will use my clubs' players instead of national team players.
To sum up, I think there are some issues for simultaneously managing club and national team.
