    Hello @DAVINCISNOW. So, unless you've been adding third-party facepacks, the only players pictures that should be appearing in the game are those that have been officially licensed - Bundesliga for instance or Manchester City. Is it the case that no player pictures are showing for you at all?

    If it is the case that the licensed players are not appearing for you then could you please tell us what device you are playing on and what version of Android that device is running? Also can you check in the device settings to see how much space in system storage the game is taking up (we don't have any clear instructions on how to do this as it varies wildly from manufacturer to manufacturer)?
