Description of issue
I can't start any recruitment focus. The create button is greyed out. If I delegate to my chief scout, he doesn't do anything either. He doesn't run any focus and I can't edit any of the ones he ran previously. I get no recommendations for any players.
I'm playing as Liverpool and have lots of money and 7 in my scouting team.
How am I supposed to find players? The only way I can do it now is to use the player search and do it manually.
