I noticed what seems to be a bug where you can max out players morale in the middle and at the end of the match when speaking to them in the locker room.
To recreate:
1) Play any match
2) In the middle of match choose any coach reactions (Angry, Satisfied, Pleased, ect).
3) After morale goes up or down click on any player.
4) This will bring up the players info. Now click the back button (top left) to go back to the locker room screen.
5) All players will have either maximum morale or motivation.
Not sure if anyone saw this but as soon as you get back to the match the players morale remains at the top. It then stays high for about 5 minutes or 10 minutes of in game time.
This does not affect the opposing team.
