Apple Arcade Help

When you go to load the game have you clicked, cloud? And have you also saved it to the cloud and not just the iPhone? For example you need to click cloud to save and then cloud to load. 

I’m experiencing the same issue with my save on the cloud. I am able to load on MacBook and iPhone but the save game fails to load from the cloud on my iPad. 

I have ensured all my devices are up to date and have tried restarting but still not able to load it on my iPad.
 

Any help with this issue is much appreciated
