Blue boxes appearing when using cursor

Hey @JrdRIOT, can you please restart your game and try again? Have you deactivated and reactivated the mouse cursor?
 

Yup, get this all the time. The ‘non-cursor mode’ highlight boxes appear all the time and only disappear after a double click of the left stick to turn cursor mode off and back on again. 
 

restarting the game will do nothings, it’s clearly an error in the code and surely anyone playing the game for a few minutes would be able to spot it.

 

they’re not *always* there, they just seem to randomly appear when moving between screens, etc
