Not sure if there is a work around...
But currently have no access to reserve team mentoring groups. When I first noticed the bug, I left an empty group open so that I got warnings in the inbox to access. All of a sudden I got not warnings any more and I can't access the mentoring groups.
Dev. Center > Reserves > Training has no links to mentoring groups.
Used to be able to go Dev Center > Reserves > Squad > Training > Mentor groups but that option is gone.
