wycombe
basic premise very simple, use this thread to track both players progress and see which one is making the biggest impact on the tournament, should once and for all settle this age old debate I think Henry's high quality if quiet performance against England has got him off to the best possible start, like to see RVN try and match it er, goats or sheep? Gianichedda Rules
I'd have gone with just "quiet" for Henry, and gone as far to say ineffectuial up til the 93rd minute. Father Senegal will, I'm sure, make the case against that.

The Remote Part
In big tournements and big matches in general, Henry seems to disappear quite often in games and produce absoloutly nothing. Van Nistelrooy on the otherhand does tend to pop up with a goal or at the very least, always pose a threat. Therefore...RvN >>> Henry

TheCranker
I don't see how anyone could consider RvN to be a better all round player from watching either in league. The only reason Henry may of had a quieter first game (which is debatable) is that England were **** scared of him and stuck 11 ppl between him and the goal whereas Germany tried to attack.
