freddo21
Is there any way to persuade players to stay at the club who show a 'is not interested in renewing his contract'? It is frustrating losing my best players at the end of their contracts.
Tubey84
'is not interested in renewing his contract'? Bit of a clue that. OK, to be less of a ****** about it... If you have a blistering season, win cups/promotions etc. then a player can sometimes change their mind. Whilst their status is "not interested" - you have a very minor chance of convincing the player, unless you offer £50'000 per week instead of his existing £1'000 contract! mendi
Win stuff and praise the hell out of him when he plays well. Not much else you can do, but like tubey says there is still a minor chance he will come around for money. Otherwise sell him on. No point letting him leave for free
