Well, if you want a striker like Ibra and Torres, why not just get either Ibra or Torres?? Torres would be a better investment because he's younger and usually easier to pry away.

Else, guys like Aguero, Rooney, Adebayor, Van Persie are all just as good as anybody on the game really. Van Persie and Aguero are the easiest of the lot to get. Aguero is usually available under 35M and RVP is also available for under 30M mostly. His value fluctuates though. Sometimes you'll need to pay 80M+ but sometimes its 25M or less.
