Training youths - physical or technical? (or both)

Okay, I've read a lot about the theory of training youths but am not sure on this one particular point. I have read contradictory statements that youths (15-22) should train majorly physical and some others saying this can 'burn them out' and mainly the technical sides should be trained.

Has anyone got any thoughts or theories on this?

It all depends on the style of play of your team. If you require first team players to be more physical then train them to be. However, if you rely on class, flair and technique then train them that way.
