bardock
How hard would it be to implement a player dump option in the game to allow for long manageable career games? The user can choose to dump unattached players who are unlikely or if easier currently unwanted by clubs. This way the database will shrink which I think will mean the game will require less processing say 10 or 20 years in.
Gauvner
If players are clubless for a while and are regens they tend to retire early. Thats the DB's way of keeping it trim. & its mainly because its 20years in the game starts slowing down.
bardock
The game retirement system isn't doesn't really balance the outcome. There are always tons of unattached players who probably won't get pick up that stay around for a while allowing for more to come in and so on... I assuming of course that it slows down because there are so many new players in the database. If that's the reason then I'm guessing a dump option could be very useful to those of us who'd like to run a very long career game with several leagues. Gauvner
Regens only come in on a certain day each year. Aswell as regens retiring.
