JamesTheSuperBlue
For the vast majority of clubs, especially English clubs, those clubs have 'regional leagues', for example a southern club would have Blue Square South as one of its regional leagues. Question is, do these actually play a big role in the game? I'm doing a past database which gets rid of many of the regional leagues, including BSS and BSN.....does leaving the 'regional leagues' for some teams as they are, despite doing a lot of moving non-league clubs about, have an effect or, worse yet, cause the game to crash? Coasterkoa
As far as I know, Regional League just determines what league the team will be sorted to should it be placed in that tier of competition. For example, if a team in the BSP is relegated, and its Regional League is BSS, then it will be sorted into the BSS. Likewise if its Regional League is the BSN, then it will be sorted into the BSN. If you were to remove the Regional League from a club, my guess is that things would be just be sorted randomly (at least, that's what I've noticed). JamesTheSuperBlue
OK, thanks for that. At least it won't cause a crash in the game or something. Might just remove the regional leagues for every club then!
