KingCarlsen
Playing as Leeds, won League 1 at the first attempt, won the Championship and currently 4th in the Premiership. Rumours of a takeover and if successful i am going to be replaced as manager?! Any way of overcoming this?

DanGLiverpool
Actually, a lot of the time the board let you keep your job. Never been sacked after a takeover.
Suge
You can always resign to avoid the indignity of being canned. I guess it's just unlucky.
marcftm
I doubt you'll actually get sacked.
arsenal_2111
I've never been sacked after one of these, and I've only seen a few people who have been sacked after a takeover. If you can get some good form going then you shouldn't have any worries.
AlexNFFC
No, I can't see the new owners wanting to get rid of a successful manager. I think you'll be ok. ...although don't come crying to me if they sack you!
dafuge
You should be fine, if you are doing well then the new board are very unlikely to replace you. Older versions of FM were not always that kind though
Suge
I've been sacked before after a takeover. It wasn't exactly after mind but it still made me make a "I hope you choke on your oil" parting shot.
KingCarlsen
Panic over! Finally got taken over, and after consideration have been allowed to stay on as manager Also, getting the youth and training facilities upgraded, not bad
Killer Kaa
Panic over! Finally got taken over, and after consideration have been allowed to stay on as manager Also, getting the youth and training facilities upgraded, not bad Thats what they always say. Haynes28
Tony Adams got fired from Arsenal on my game after a takeover. He had won every game, but had only been in charge for 25 days or so, so the board obviously decided out with him. Now Guardiola is ruining them :S
Aodhagan
You wont get sacked. They just say that s*** to scare you and expect you to be grateful when they allow to stay on. Take no notice of them.
