michaeltmurrayuk Posted August 4, 2009 Share Posted August 4, 2009 It was designed to improve the appearance of the game on netbooks that only have a resolution of 1024x600 (so in the default skins they always get scrollbars). It can easily be used on desktops and other laptops with no problem, and it should reduce the scroll bars compared to the default skin. Depending on what resolution your screen is other skins may also reduce your scroll bars - look for skins with smaller headers and footers than what you are currently using.
