shourov
I guess .. minnimum 17 for JPA & JPP, 15 for Determination and 13 for adaptability. I also look for those scouts who has good scouting knowledge in central Europe or in south America.
shourov
Well adaptability is needed when you send him to unfamiliar countries. .......... I hope this explains what you want to know.
Paul Aling
Adaptability and determination. Excellent. I've always looked for scouts with good JPP and JPA but not any others. I'm glad I stumbled upon this thread. Cheers, lads. Paul
lam
Supposedly, determination dictates how many players your scout finds. One thing to bear in mind, and especially so if you are a weaker team. You scout does not need to have both JPA and JPP. You could have 4 scouts, 2 with great JPA and 2 with great JPP and set them up accordingly. If you are looking for youngesters then you do not really need JPA and if you are looking for an old warhorse to fill a gap, then you do not need JPP. Its far far easier to find one skill in a scout than to find both. LAM
crazyscotsman
I agree with lam. A higher rating for Determination is preferred so he will look deeper into the area for players, JPA if our looking to fill current spots, JPA for youngsters
neckus
Determination with young scouts also determines the speed in which his stats seem to improve. I've had a 30 year old scout with JPA and JPP 10, after 6 months he had 14 in both.
