Cysne
One way is buying another player of fellow nationality.

LOMAS1982
what if i dont want to buy anybody else, what about praising him?
Ryknow
Just get a cheap coach of the same nationality then, if not you might have to loan him out. In fairness though it might not have a large impact on his performances in game, depends on the player.

Kickballz
If you keep him he will settle eventually - it might just take him a couple of seasons. I really don't see the point in some of these suggestions. Don't bother bringing in coaches just for him - the chances are he will get upset about something else anyway. You don't need brats in your team. Either he adapts or you get rid of him - don't waste your energy on difficult players.
pyewackett
Depends how they are unsettled, sometimes it will take time and it will all just go away. Just respond how you feel fit.
Kickballz
I have no problem being patient with players, but if they don't settle naturally in their new country then they are not worth keeping. What's the point? and why sign them in the first place when it is made perfectly clear in scout assessments that they will have problems adapting.
